MAC recently launched the Punk Couture collection and I snapped up just one item, Studded Kiss matte lipstick.
Studded Kiss is a deep red toned wine colour. It has a matte finish but applies smoothly over lip balm with no tugging at the lips. Initially it has a glossy finish that dries down to a more matte finish-but is not completely matte. Unusually for a matte lipstick I did experience some feathering around my top lip line. Next time I'll use a lip liner to see if this prevents it.
Overall it's a lovely deep colour for the winter months that will suit most skintones. It's not the most low maintenance lipstick you'll ever own but the colour payoff is definitely worth it!
