Opi Brazil collection-Next Stop....The Bikini Zone

I am a big fan of Opi nail polish-as you can see from this little snippet of my collection in the pictures above!  The mini sets they do every season are fantastic for trying a bit of everything-and I mean who finishes a bottle of nail polish??  Not me for sure!

The Opi Brazil collection is the latest spring/summer offering and features 12 new colours-from vivid yellows and greens depicting the instantly recognisable Brazilian flag (I am terrible at Geography but even I can get that one), corals and pinks for summer and this amazing duochrome 'Next stop....The Bikini Zone'.

I love the duochrome polishes from Opi.  They are seriously finely milled but offer the most gorgeous shimmery finish, without the pain of having to remove a glitter polish.

Opi say 'Next stop...the Bikini Zone' is an amethyst toned pewter and the bottle seems to concur with this description.  But on the nails, the pale lilac is the dominant colour with the pewter not coming through as much as the bottle would suggest.  It's stunning in the sunlight, the shimmery colour just makes me smile!

I applied 3 coats for an opaque finish and a coat of seche vite over the top and got 4 days wear out of this polish-that's pretty good for my nails-I normally get a couple of days before I have to re-apply.

Whilst my bikini might not see the light of day now the el scorchio summer has arrived in Dubai, this polish definitely will!

In Dubai you can buy Opi from Sephora-the collection is in their stores right now!
